Wherever possible we will aim to provide you with a fixed fee for your transaction. We will determine that fee by having regard to the timescale, level of risk and complexity of the matter. We are also able to offer very competitive hourly rates should you require a solicitor to take on more of an in-house role for larger projects and contracts with which you may need assistance. We know and understand the importance of being able to include the cost of legal advice in a budget forecast for your business.
Another successful year completed at Tranter Mills
We have now been trading for eight years! We think that is a brilliant result for a company born in a recession. Our Managing Director, Zoe Tranter, had this to say – “we have experienced highs and lows, just like any other business, but I could not wish for a better client base, and the future is looking very rosy indeed. I would like to thank all of our clients for choosing us, and also, very importantly, to my team, the unsung heroes behind the scenes, who are: Sophie, Alun, Adrian, Jenny, Stuart, Mark, Ollie, Ryan, our case management team, and the typist “night girls” who have typed documents for me at midnight, just to bring a deal in on time the next day, because I asked them nicely. I would be lost (literally, have you seen my diary!?!) without all of them. They have all contributed to the ongoing success of Tranter Mills, so a huge thank you to each of them, and keep up the good work”.
